AFFECTING CULTURAL CHANGE – Investing in your colleagues
Share the good news. If you know of someone that did something extraordinary at work or went above and beyond to accomplish a necessary task, let everyone know – become the town crier. Make it a point to personally congratulate them on a job well done, do this in person. High praise is the number one way of changing a mindset. If you change mindsets, you will affect cultural change in a positive way.
