AFFECTING CULTURAL CHANGE – Top down and face to face communication

Sorry for the hiatus my friends! I return today with a tidbit on communication. I firmly believe face to face communication will lead to moving an organization forward with accelerated growth. Who has the motivation to read emails, as we are already bombarded with those. However, we all usually have time to chat face to face and tend to enjoy that more.
